When looking to connect with your hearing care professional using Oticon RemoteCare, you will first need to download the app on your mobile device. Here’s how to do it:
1. Visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and search for ”Oticon RemoteCare”.
2. Follow the usual steps to install the app on your device.
3. Once installed, follow the app’s Instructions for Use* which will help you to get up and running.
