Audiological support

Audiological support for clinicians is a cornerstone in our service. Our audiological consultants are experienced in technical and fitting-related questions and are ready to provide quick, personalised and topic-specific support. The service is of course free of charge for clinicians and for your convenience.

Our audiological consultants can help you:

• Provide audiological training and support for all Oticon hearing instruments, and audiological equipment. This support will involve onsite support, phone support, and online (remote) support and includes troubleshooting issues for clients having difficulties.

• Assist with clinic open days to demonstrate the latest Oticon hearing instruments to your clients.
• Assist with public presentations on relevant audiological topics on behalf of your clinic.
